An annual international scientific forum organised together with EWDR. Our team has provided its operations for nine years, and in 2026 we are organising the 16th forum.
The International Scientific Research Forum is an annual international scientific meeting organised together with the Euro-Arab Organization for Environment, Water and Desert Researches (EWDR). Our team has provided the forum’s operations for nine years, and in 2026 we are organising its 16th edition.
Over these years, we have built long-term experience in planning, organising and running this international scientific meeting on site together with its organisers.
Our team handles participant management, accommodation, transport and the coordination of the scientific sessions.
Example: the 12th forum (10–15 November 2022)
The 12th forum brought together 450 participants, and the programme included 6 workshops.
Five meeting rooms
- Meeting programmes ran in five separate meeting rooms, coordinated as one schedule.
- Room preparation before and between sessions.
- Guiding participants between rooms and keeping parallel sessions on schedule.
Participants, accommodation and transfers
We manage participants and the meeting programme, and coordinate their accommodation and transfers.
