RussianMICE is a MICE and DMC brand operating in Türkiye with the travel agency and operations infrastructure of Transgoo. We handle the ground operations of events: we coordinate local suppliers, transport, accommodation and staff, and manage the programme on site, whether the event is organised by your company or by your agency. For MICE agencies we can work under the agency's brand; the scope is agreed for each project, and the client relationship stays with the agency.
Example format: meeting the group at Antalya airport, hotel transfers, daily conference coordination and an excursion programme, while communication with the end client stays with the agency.
