All accommodation and full operations management for meetings of the Mediterranean Municipalities Union, organising the mayors of all member municipalities and their delegations.
For the meetings of the Mediterranean Municipalities Union (Akdeniz Belediyeler Birliği), our team handled all accommodation and the full operations management. We organised the participation of the mayors of all member municipalities and their delegations.
Accommodation
- Hotel sourcing, room allocation and coordination for the mayors and their delegations.
Operations management
- Transfers, transport coordination and on-site operations on meeting days.
- Coordination of the meeting programme together with the Union.
One of these events was the Union’s Council Meeting in Antalya on 31 October 2024.
