This policy explains how cookies are used on the RussianMICE website and B2B agency portal, operated by TRANSGOO TURİZM SEYAHAT TAŞIMACILIK İTHALAT İHRACAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise you between pages, keep your session and make forms work securely.
2. Why we use cookies
Only for purposes strictly necessary for the website and portal to work:
- Session management: keeping your session while you submit a form, track a request or log in to the portal.
- Form security: protecting forms against forged requests sent in your name from another site (CSRF).
We do not use cookies for advertising, profiling, visitor statistics or tracking you on other sites.

The website and portal do not use sessionStorage. The browser's local storage (localStorage) is used only for the cookie information card: when you close the card, the entry rm_cookie_notice = 1 is kept so that the card is not shown again. This entry is not a cookie, is not sent to the server, contains no personal data and can be deleted in your browser settings.
4. Strictly necessary cookies and consent
The cookies above are strictly necessary to provide the service you request (submitting a form, logging in to the portal). For this reason your consent is not requested for them; you are informed through this page.
5. Third-party and analytics cookies
- No analytics or advertising cookies are used. Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics or similar tools are not currently used. If such a tool is added in future, this policy will be updated and the tool will run only with your prior consent.
- Fonts: Fonts on the website, the portal and the document viewer are loaded from our own server; no third-party font service is used.
- Videos: YouTube videos on project pages are not loaded until you press play. When you do, the video is played from Google's privacy-enhanced
youtube-nocookie.comdomain; at that point Google may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy. Videos played from our own server use no cookies.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings (e.g. Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security › Cookies; Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security; Safari: Settings › Privacy; Yandex Browser: Settings › Sites › Cookies). If you block strictly necessary cookies, forms and portal log-in may not work.
