2. Purpose and scope of the Platform
2.1. The Platform is used for B2B communication between the Company and the Agency about group accommodation, meetings, congresses, events and organisation services in Türkiye: submitting Requests, viewing Offers, exchanging messages and sharing documents.
2.2. The Platform is not a marketplace, an online sales system or an instant booking system. No payments are taken through the Platform and no credit card or payment details are requested; no booking, ticket or service is confirmed automatically by an action on the Platform.
2.3. The Platform is also used by the Agency to submit individual airport transfer requests, see the transfer prices shown by the Company on the Platform, follow the status of a transfer request and its transfer voucher, and send change requests.
3. Partnership application
3.1. A travel agency wishing to use the Platform applies for partnership by completing the application form.
3.2. The person applying declares that they are authorised to apply on behalf of the agency and that the information provided is accurate, current and complete.
3.3. Submitting an application does not create a partnership or any contractual relationship between the agency and the Company.
4. Review of applications; acceptance or rejection
4.1. Applications are reviewed by the Company. Applications are not accepted automatically.
4.2. The Company may request additional information or documents for the review and is free to accept an application or to reject it without stating reasons.
4.3. If the application is accepted, a User account is opened and an account activation link is sent to the e-mail address given in the application. If the application is rejected, the Company informs the applicant in the way it considers appropriate.
5. Creation of the Agency account
5.1. The account is activated when the User sets a password through the activation link (valid for 72 hours, single use).
5.2. Changes to the Agency name, registered e-mail address and logo take effect upon the Company's approval. The Agency keeps its contact details up to date.
6. Security of account details
6.1. The User must keep the password confidential, not share it with third parties and log out on shared devices.
6.2. Actions taken through the account are deemed actions of the Agency. The Agency is responsible for the Platform use of its Users and additional contact persons.
6.3. Any suspected unauthorised use must be reported to the Company immediately. The Company may end sessions or require a password change for security reasons.
7. Unauthorised use and false information
7.1. The following are prohibited: applying on behalf of another person or agency or with false information; letting persons outside the Agency use the account; using the Platform for purposes other than its intended use; collecting data with automated tools; attempting to bypass security measures; sharing unlawful or misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights.
7.2. If false or misleading information is found to have been provided, the Company may apply the measures in Section 14.
8. Submitting Requests
8.1. The Agency submits Requests using the request form on the Platform. The Agency is responsible for the accuracy of the information in a Request.
8.2. The Agency confirms that information about its clients or group participants that it enters or attaches to a Request has been obtained lawfully and that these persons have been duly informed. It does not enter personal data that is not needed for the Request, in particular special categories of data such as health information.
8.3. For airport transfer requests, the Agency is responsible for the accuracy of the passenger name and number, flight and pick-up details, passenger contact details and meeting sign details. The information obligation in 8.2 also applies to passengers.
9. No obligation to make an Offer
9.1. Submitting a Request does not oblige the Company to reply, prepare an Offer or provide a service.
9.2. The Company reviews Requests and prepares tailored Offers only for those it considers suitable. The Company is free not to take up, to put on hold or to close a Request.
10. Review and validity of Offers
10.1. Offers are shared on the Platform as documents (PDF) and are valid for the period and on the terms stated in them. An expired Offer lapses automatically.
10.2. Prices and availability in an Offer depend on supplier terms and the conditions stated in the Offer. The Company may consider a request to update an Offer or a request for revision.
10.3. Offers and price information on the Platform are confidential; the Agency uses them only to serve its own client.
11. Acceptance of an Offer versus a confirmed booking; separate contract and final confirmation
11.1. The Agency's acceptance of an Offer, or request for a revision, on the Platform is a statement of intent allowing the Company to start planning the service; on its own it does not create a confirmed booking or a binding contract.
11.2. The service is confirmed only when the separate Contract setting its scope, price, payment and cancellation terms is signed by the parties and the Company issues its written Final confirmation. Payment terms are set only in the Contract; no payments are made through the Platform.
11.3. The Contract and signed copies are shared through the Platform or in the way notified by the Company.
11.4. For airport transfers, a transfer request moves to the «Confirmed» status when the Company confirms it on the Platform, and the transfer voucher is shared with the Agency. The payment preference stated in the request is for information only; no payments are taken through the Platform. At which stage a transfer becomes binding, whether a separate Contract is required, whether the price shown on the Platform is binding, and payment, cancellation and change terms are determined by the Company.
12. Communication and document sharing
12.1. The parties conduct correspondence about a Request primarily through the messaging and document areas of the Platform. The Company sends notifications about Platform actions to the registered e-mail address.
12.2. The Agency declares that it holds the rights to use the documents and logo it uploads. The Agency logo may be used on Request documents (e.g. the request PDF) to identify the Agency. If the Agency chooses so and after the Company's approval, the logo is also used on the meeting sign for an airport transfer.
12.3. The activity history on the Platform and unalterable copies of submitted Requests are kept as a record of correspondence and actions between the parties.
13. Confidentiality and personal data protection
13.1. The Company processes personal data through the Platform in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Details are set out in the «Personal Data Processing Notice», the «Privacy Policy» and the «Cookie Policy».
13.2. The parties keep confidential the commercial information obtained through the Platform (prices, offers, client details) and use it only for their business relationship.
14. Suspension or closure of the account
14.1. The Company may suspend or close the account in case of breach of these Terms, false information, security risk, prolonged inactivity or termination of the partnership; where possible it informs the Agency in advance.
14.2. The Agency may request the closure of its account in writing at any time. Closing the account does not affect rights and obligations under ongoing Contracts. Records of a closed account are kept for the periods stated in the Personal Data Processing Notice.
15. Technical availability of the Platform
15.1. The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption or error; access may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates or security reasons.
15.2. Weather, destination and transport information shown on the Platform is for general information only and is not a term of an Offer or Contract.
15.3. Except where liability cannot be limited by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damage arising from the Platform being unavailable.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
16.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
16.2. The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
16.3. For disputes about a service, the provisions of the relevant Contract apply first.
17. Entry into force and changes
17.1. These Terms enter into force when accepted during the application.
17.2. The Company may update these Terms. The current version is published on the Platform; where necessary, the Company also notifies Users of significant changes by e-mail to their registered addresses; continued use of the Platform after a change means acceptance of the current Terms. Ongoing Contracts remain subject to their own terms.
17.3. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the validity of the other provisions is not affected.
